It has two different screen protectors (black or white) to choose from. An when one gets worn you can switch to the other. Without having to go buy a new case.

Don't do it!

The case presses down on the power button so my iPod constantly seems to turn off then immediately back on. Also the front half of the case is attached with adhesive, which means LifeProof did not intend for the ipod to be removed from the case. If you're like me you have more than one case and like to switch them from time to time. Why didn't they just make the case like all their other cases, with a snap on face plate instead of something that sticks on and removing it weakens it? The only good thing is I could see my lovely blue ipod while it was in the case. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough for me to deal with all the negatives and I threw the case in the trash.

Not worth it at all.

That was $245 down the drain. I love this new case and it displays the engraving that my sister had put on my new IPod.
