Don't like that you have to use the screw in wire adapter to plug in any speaker or headphone. The cover got very dirty looking really fast. Not at all attractive now. Wish I would have purchased something else.

Thanks for your candid feedback! We’re sorry that this FRE case is hindering the iPhone’s speaker. Of course, a slight degradation of sound can be expected when a speaker is covered in a case, but this impact should be minimal.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case). If you find that the audio issues persist or the case will not let go of that dirt please give us a call at 1-855-419-7418, and we will be happy to get a warranty replacement lined up for you!

So far so good! It holds up well to normal wear and tear and it only makes the phone a little more bulky than normal.
