Purchased this case for my son's phone. It had protected the phone from many drops. He has also taken underwater pictures with no problems. It's worth the money.

This is the second time I have purchased the life proof case, I have had in in the ocean in the pool, and traveled all over place with it. I have had no problems

This case is fantastic for all of the trials of everyday life. Mild drops, dirt, water, etc. I was leary of the build in screen protector but I have had 0 issues with it. The only down side is that it can interfere with the proximity sensor when you are on a call so that the screen doesnt blackout properly. This can make it so you accidently mute a call with your ear. Aside from that, its great!

The case is waterproof but it makes it hard to hear the speaker so now I have to use earphones for my phone calls.

I used a Lifeproof case on my iPhone 4s so I know how well I will like this case. It is not as bulky as some other good cases, but has protected my phone from sharp falls without cracking or chipping, the phone or the case! As a saltwater kayaker, having my phone with me is important but nearly impossible to keep totally dry. I never had a problem with my phone getting wet using the Lifeproof case.

After getting my phone in the case I tossed it into a snowdrift. The phone was not effected. I've got no worries about my phone being damaged in this case.

My wife purchased this case and is happy with it so far. It protects her iPhone 6+ in a variety of environments...from purse to car to workstation.

I've taken my phone to the waterpark...down slides and in the lazy river with no issues..I did make a point to not completely submerge it...love the case!

This is my third case in the last 4 years I owned my iPhone. Out of all cases, this is the one that stands up.

This is a replacement due to age and grandchildren! I once found my phone in the bottom of a sink full of dishwater! It was safe due to my LifeProof case.

Bought it for my daughter's first iPhone. She tends to drop her phone often. This case has saved the phone from damage many times. Thank you Lifeproof.

this is a very cool case. we've already taken some very cool under water pics. only bad thing is it is high in price.

Great product. Perfect for all those klutzy people in your life. Wish best busy carried extra extenders for headphones, but was able to purchase extra on eBay.

As will all LifeProof cases, it really protects. Sometimes the buttons are a little more difficult to use but it's ok knowing that the device is protected.

The Lifeproof - fre case is the slimmest design available that still has all the specs you want for safety: waterproof, droppable, thumbprint still works and screen protection. Lifeproof have an alternative case that has no screen protector however for peace of mind the fre is my choice. My phone has been dropped off benches, thrown out of the car and dropped into spas with no damage or issues.

I spend many days in the desert and this case has kept out dust and sand, and continues to offer durability

Case is great for protection. Would have received 5 stars but it is difficult to put the case on the phone and have all the function buttons line up.

I have a 13 ye old son...enough said! lol this phone case has been the best purchase ever!! He's very rough on phones & this case totally protects the phone!

Pro: I have successfully proven that the LifeProff Fre case will protect you from submerging your device into the water for a few minutes. Con: Long term build quality is suspect. My first case failed around the screen protector after two years of regular use. Con: Although not specific to the LifeProof model line, dark case colors can make the device blend into dark surfaces making it easier to forget or locate. This time I went with a brighter color!

Cool protective case, accents the color scheme, and makes it water resistant. Problems stem from the fact that the screen gets slightly displaced in terms of touching the the corners of the screen near the front camera. The case lifts up near the camera in a slight bump (part of the design to not mess up the clarity) which then makes the two corners of the phone at the top harder and difficult to read your touch. Then there is the audio cable issue. The case unscrews a small section to make it water tight which is smart but it's so small on the opening of the screw that 90% of audio cables don't fit meaning I had to buy a female to female smaller audio cable to plug in my normal one. Lame. Last issue is that the speaker on the phone is now useless. People can't hear you at all unless you are shouting at the phone. Good job lifeproof! You made a badass case but it costs you some abilities to protect it. Other cases may be a better option in terms of protection and extra features (battery, storage, etc) that don't hampen the original ones the phone came with
