I needed a phone case that can be flexible in the office and in a factory. This does the job perfectly! Other than people not being able to hear me when I talk because it is so sealed it is a great case and this is my 2nd one!

This case has been my favorite since they came out. I first got one when I was about to deploy to the horn of Africa, a real trail by fire. The case overall is awesome, water proof, shock resistance etc., but the reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the headphone jack isnt the strongest. I have gone through a good couple of those. Also the durability around the edges where the rubber over laps the screen cover doesn't last more than a year. Since this phone case is almost 100$ and I almost have to replace it every year is kinda dissapointing, especially with the name LifeProof. But untill someone makes a case that is better than this one, I'll stay with them.

I've used these cases in the past, this one was for my daughter. Make sure there is not any lint or dust on the seal and that it is seated properly. You don't want this phone going into a pool or water without the seal in. That is not a knock on the case, the case is amazing and works great!

I bought this product after reading tons of reviews. I only return the product cause it looked as if it had been used and didn't want to take a chance of it being defective. I ended up buying item again in a package that hadn't been open and love it! Worked well in rain, ocean, and beach!!!

I've owned these for 2 iPhone versions now. I took one to Jamaica and did snorkeling with it. Walk around in the pool with it in my pocket. Just to be safe, I put a rubber band or hair tie over the access door on the bottom so that it doesn't get caught on something and open accidentally.

after suffering from the hidden "water damage" ploy, whereby they peer in the headphone socket with their make believe spy glass to determine that you had the phone once while you were sweating and therefore it is worthless and there is no trade in value (despite the fact that it has worked flawlessly for 2.5 years). So missing out on the trade in value of $150, buying a water resistant case for $50 was easy arithmetic. I have used an Otter box in the past, which was fine, but this is just enough sleeker, lacking some of the heft / bulk of the Otter Crock, but still seems quite adequate for protection. I have not done the drop it in the toilet immersion test yet.....

This is my 7th purchase of a LifeProof case and I've been pleased with all of them. I use it instead of the monthly insurance fee. You can actually swim with it and your phone is protected. When it's dirty, just wash it with soap and water. It's also very thin compared to the bulkier cases.

I did the water test and held. Then i put my phone in and it has been great. The touch screen response is great. what i love the most though is how fitted the case is so that my phone is not cumbersome and its my favorite color teal :) My mom liked it and ended up buying her own

Our old case was 15 months old so out of warranty. It developed a worn area so needed to be replaced to keep it dust-proof & water-proof (we farm). But it is a good case so would have liked to give it 5 stars, but disappointed for the cost that it lasted only 15 months.

I need to take the case apart and wipe the insides again. Humidity has collected inside. It is a small spot that might not be avoided due to changing or the ear phone adapter hole. I was discourage by the change in warranty, the company no longer guaranteds user's phones.

I bought my first lifeproof case a couple years ago for a trip to Cancun. I was able to take pictures and video under water and thow it around in the sand with no problem. This case really does what it says it does. I'm finally glad they came out with a dark blue model.

I've broken so many phone screens even while they had cases on... I'm just clumsy and the drop and fall Or I'm out having fun drinking and then become even more clumsy and drop it but this case is a hero no lies. I haven't thrown my phone at anything so If you throw your phone I can't speak for you but if you're clumsy naturally and even more clumsy drunk then let me tell you this case will save your bank account some serious dollars. But be prepared that it's not easy to take off/ put on. So if you like to take your case off a lot then I do not recommend this case. I tried once because of the width of an auxiliary chord/ charger not fitting and I couldn't get it off was afraid I'd break something so I gave up. But I've dropped it, fell on a hike with it, had a baby getting slobber all over it and it's still Perfect! So happy that it covers your phone 100% and that even when I'm touching my phone I'm never actually touching my real phone.

Got this case for my teenage boy who walks home from school and don like umbrellas so he would get wet and the phone would get wet also. He was afraid the phone would not work one day. I got this for him and now we are both more confident that the phone will last longer now.

I like this cover because it's compact yet durable. The one I replaced it with was bulky and not very stylish, so happy I found the life proof brand. I gave it a four star because the compartment to plug the charge cord is a little difficult to open.

The only reason I had to buy another one is because my 1st one had already been replaced by Lifeproof & a replaced one goes by the original warrantee. There were no questions asked when Lifeproof replaced the 1st one. It protects my phone like no other case.

I bought this case because it claims to be waterproof and shockproof. It looks sturdy without adding extra bulk. Even though it might offer the best protection, I can't honestly confirm this because I have not dropped my cell phone or gotten it wet.

Last case lasted two years and I am camp counselor and life guard. Also used it on water slide on cruise. The only reason I got a new one because it started looking rough from being tossed around everywhere, not because it didn't work. It worked great.

I bought this for my son due to its durability and being waterproof. I have the same case and had left my phone outside this summer during a down pour. After 2 hours of being in the pouring rain, my phone was completely dry inside the case. Whew!

I've used 3 Otterbox Defenders over the course of my time with my iPhone 5 and I recently got the LifeProof fre. I like it more than the otter box because it's not only thinner and less bulky but it protects even further my making the devices entirely waterproof - something the Defender never did. Only complaints are using the earphone jack can become an annoying (albeit short) task, removal could be easier, and the plastic covering the home button and camera/flash feel like they could rip.. Compared to the cost of an Otterbox this is much better for $20 more.

This is a very solid and durable case without the hardcover or plastic feel of other cases. It's relatively thin so you don't get a bulky feeling with this cover. It's also water proof. What else do you need? Great solid protective cover my iPhone.
