I had to call life proof to have it replaced. This somewhat fixed the issue but my voice still has a muffled sound. Not impressed with the product for the cost.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
