Unfortunately this case was a huge waste of money and time. Although it kept the phone safe from harm which is I guess what it really is made for, nobody could hear me while I was using my phone so I had to remove the case anytime I was on a phone call and you weren't able to plug in headphones with the case on either. I only used it for two weeks and then took it off I think I deserve my money bacL!

I purchased this case after paying $120 to get a new screen for my phone. It fits perfectly and no problems using my touch screen or any other features. It snapped on within 1 minute. Very happy so far but haven't dropped my phone : )

I bought this case for my boyfriend who is not easy on his phones, it gets banged around and dropped often and it is holding up very well! This is the 2nd case like this we have used, and both have been great. Our first one lasting over two years.

Great Case, somehow i am the one who is constantly dropping my phone, anything, all around rugged. Very durable and tough. i would advise wireless headphones so you don't have to always unscrew the headphone port. other than that great case.

My girlfriend drops her phone a bunch. Just replaced the screen before buying this. It's been dropped twice. So far so good. Haven't tested the waterproofing yet, just rain, no dunking underwater. Price matched Amazon and saved $30

I am totally happy with my life proof case purchase. It has been a wonderful buy. I'm able to wash the case in the sink, take it by the pool, to the beach & not worry one bit about it :)

Water tested before installed and not a drop inside. Protects phone as described. A little pricey but worth it to protect this expensive iPhone. Only problem is screen protector get scratched easily.

I will continue to buy all my cases from Best Buy. I have always been able to find a great price for the case and even if price is different on line than in store, the store honors price. Great quality phone case and real thing!!

I absolutely love this case but I didn't know that I couldn't use my aux cord with the case to listen to my music in my car, so therefore I had to buy another type of phone case. I was not happy at all.

This is the second LifeProof case I have bought in 4 years. The case is bullet proof in performance and has not let me down through multiple accidental drops, kicks, bangs, water, sun, etc. Well worth the investment of the case.

This is the second time for me to purchase a life proof case and the plastic cover where the camera is always breaks! For how expensive the case is you would think they would make the plastic cover better.

It felt like touch screen want working as well. I guess it's for people who like to immerse their phone in water. Other wise it doesn't look very nice

I love this Iphone case, I have dropped it several times and nothing has happened to it. I have not tested the waterproof ability. Definitely worth buying, I love the slimness of this case compared to other protective cases.

Works as described on box. The waterproof is good good at 6 feet, haven't gone any deeper. The only complaint is how easily the screen gets dirty. Great product, I would buy it again if I had to.

I'm glad I bought it it really is life proof I tested in water dirt and drops love it the case but be warned it will block your sound on the iPhone speakers but just a little bit but you can still hear the ringtone and music loud

Everything was muffled. I couldn't hear nor they couldn't hear me. You would think after years of making this case they would have mastered it by now.

Really like this case. Very protective, but with a slim profile. I had the Otter box defender prior to this case and this case has a much smaller footprint. Would definitely choose this case over the Otter box.

The case was not all that it was advertised as. The sound was muffled and it did not fit the phone correctly. Would buy another product next time.

My boyfriend saw my first lifeproof iPhone 7 Plus case and he like it so much than the next day I bought one for him ... the feature that he like the most is water protection specially when you own a pool !!!
