I bought it in Feb and here it is only April and the face cover is already cracked. We never had this issue with the otter box. Will probably go back to it as it seems more durable.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
