Very disappointed

I bought 2 cases for my wife and my new iPhone 6s Plus phones. The cases never sealed well, they made it all but impossible to talk on the phone (the other party could never hear you unless the phone was out of the case) and the case held up very poorly to routine daily city life. If I was not out of my return window I would bring back to Best Buy. I would recommend ballistic cases which I have used for years and hold up better then life proof or otter box.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

We are sorry that this FRE case is making it difficult for others to hear you. We fully understand why this would be frustrating and we certainly want to rectify this unusual issue. Sometimes this can happen if the case was not installed correctly or if dirt gets into the audio vents. Rinsing out the audio vents on the case with water will remove any debris that might be there. Shake out the water and pat dry, do not stick any objects into the audio vents as this may damage those areas.

Here it is August 2017 and my phone has managed to get wet yet again smh I've contacted lifeproof directly for a refund as I am tired of damaging my phone due to the case not keeping it from getting wet as it claims it will do
