Also, it has a wide variety of colors that you can choose from. I would recommend life proof any day, to any one. Life Proof has an amazing warranty policy as well. If anything is wrong with the case in general they will send you a new one, no questions asked.

It's survived a lot of bumps, drops, and spills. Only bummer is I have trouble hearing people and they have trouble hearing me when on calls. So sound quality isn't great.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

However, no it is not lifeproof and if you are having issues with it, like I did. You can not return it to the store, instead you have to send it back to lifeproof which is a joke. My “lifeproof” has been falling apart since a got it. It would be nice to have a case if you drop your phone it would protect it. That happened to me and my phone had cracked when it fell. The rubber areas around the phone have are about all gone. So waterproof is no longer a thing. Yes it is very expensive for the case and honestly if you have the protection plan that is better then buying this case.

Good protection but low water proof grade

My case might be defective because the bottom of the case is not sealing properly and water keeps coming in. Besides that it's great for phone drops and hard falls.

Headphone option doesn't work

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tested the product as listed in the instructions, which stated to test the case by submerging it prior to putting your phone in it. If it passes that test, it is safe for you to use it on your phone. What they didn't state is that you should not have an added screen protector/tempered screen (to protect shattering). I think the fact that I had this on my phone prevented the case from sealing my phone completely and rendering it only 90% waterproof. After my canoe flipped on me, my phone was submerged briefly and upon reaching land discovered my phone experienced some water damage. Best Buy and the Life Proof company are not responsible for replacing my phone but were nice enough to send me a new case. I am selling my case in order to cover the cost of my replacement phone from insurance otherwise I would attempt to use this case again.
