Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

When I put the phone case on it blocked out all of the sound going into my speaker, so no one could hear me when I was talking to them on my phone. I returned it and got my money back. Will never buy a LifeProof case again. Speck cases all the way!
