Overall this is an awesome case. I have had a few people say it sounded like I was in a tunnel when talking to them, but a majority of the time it has not been an issue.

I bought this case for my son to replace a lifeproof case he had for two years, he is quite hard on his phone. The case he had for two years kept the phone like new.

Purchased this case for my son's phone. It had protected the phone from many drops. He has also taken underwater pictures with no problems. It's worth the money.

Pro: I have successfully proven that the LifeProff Fre case will protect you from submerging your device into the water for a few minutes. Con: Long term build quality is suspect. My first case failed around the screen protector after two years of regular use. Con: Although not specific to the LifeProof model line, dark case colors can make the device blend into dark surfaces making it easier to forget or locate. This time I went with a brighter color!

If you own an iPhone or GS, finally, there's real protection available. Life proof offers serious protection for your expensive smartphone. Waterproof, snow proof, mud, and shock proof. I was very skeptical when I first bought this case. I honestly didn't think it would perform as promised. I was wrong!! I've taken some beautiful underwater pictures and video with my iPhone using my case. It's money well spent.

This is the second time I have purchased the life proof case, I have had in in the ocean in the pool, and traveled all over place with it. I have had no problems

Cool protective case, accents the color scheme, and makes it water resistant. Problems stem from the fact that the screen gets slightly displaced in terms of touching the the corners of the screen near the front camera. The case lifts up near the camera in a slight bump (part of the design to not mess up the clarity) which then makes the two corners of the phone at the top harder and difficult to read your touch. Then there is the audio cable issue. The case unscrews a small section to make it water tight which is smart but it's so small on the opening of the screw that 90% of audio cables don't fit meaning I had to buy a female to female smaller audio cable to plug in my normal one. Lame. Last issue is that the speaker on the phone is now useless. People can't hear you at all unless you are shouting at the phone. Good job lifeproof! You made a badass case but it costs you some abilities to protect it. Other cases may be a better option in terms of protection and extra features (battery, storage, etc) that don't hampen the original ones the phone came with

After getting my phone in the case I tossed it into a snowdrift. The phone was not effected. I've got no worries about my phone being damaged in this case.

I used a Lifeproof case on my iPhone 4s so I know how well I will like this case. It is not as bulky as some other good cases, but has protected my phone from sharp falls without cracking or chipping, the phone or the case! As a saltwater kayaker, having my phone with me is important but nearly impossible to keep totally dry. I never had a problem with my phone getting wet using the Lifeproof case.

case was easy to install and protects well. cuts down on some sound though

I've taken my phone to the waterpark...down slides and in the lazy river with no issues..I did make a point to not completely submerge it...love the case!

This is my third case in the last 4 years I owned my iPhone. Out of all cases, this is the one that stands up.

This is a replacement due to age and grandchildren! I once found my phone in the bottom of a sink full of dishwater! It was safe due to my LifeProof case.

Does protect well. The finger print button on my first one came off but I used the case for another 6 months after. Just more careful about water.

As will all LifeProof cases, it really protects. Sometimes the buttons are a little more difficult to use but it's ok knowing that the device is protected.

Overall great case. Slim design fits in my pocket easy. Little hard to switch the ringer on/off button.

Great product. Perfect for all those klutzy people in your life. Wish best busy carried extra extenders for headphones, but was able to purchase extra on eBay.

this is a very cool case. we've already taken some very cool under water pics. only bad thing is it is high in price.

Protects phone as advertised, but photos are foggy in high humidity. Pictures are much clearer without the case, but that defeats the purpose.

Purchased this cover for my 15 year old niece. She was looking for something practical without being too bulky. This was exactly what she wanted.
