People tell me they have trouble hearing me on voice calls. The Touch ID feature of my phone does not work as well, and screen response is not that great, either. Overall, the protective features seem good, but functions don't work as seamlessly. I don't feel like this case is a great value.

Worst part is that it severely reduces the phone's sound quality since it covers the speakers and microphone. I quit using it after a week.
