We recommend you remove your phone and perform another water test to ensure those seals are still working properly. If your case passes the test, then the debris may be making its way in when your port door is open for charging. If the case doesn't pass the test, give us a ring at 1-888-533-0735, and we'd be more than happy to get you a replacement LifeProof.
