I am 56 years old and not real computer savvy and they took their time showing me how to do a few things and told me to call if I had any problems. Everyone that helped me at the desk was fantastic. Thanks to the Best Buy Employees and the Geek Squad.

Would rate it higher except after only 1 month, the case is dirty from normal handling and will not come clean. Plan on returning and getting another case that has a less susceptible material.
