There are two problems I've had with this case. First, when answering a call, the mic does not pick up your voice very well and you have to open the bottom flap. Second, sometimes the screen goes to black when using the speakerphone and you need to keep pressing the right side button (power/sleep) in order to use the keypad. These are only issues when the phone is in the case.

The first one I got would cause the screen to stay black after talking on it. You were unable to hang up. Called Lifeproof and they sent me a new one. (customer service is amazing with lifeproof) The new case is better but I still feel like it is off. It has caused the screen to stay black a few times and the screen does not always respond to my touch. The screen is dirty all the time, dust gets in the inside and the outside of the case looks like I rubbed it in dirt after a few days. I wish that I would have kept the Otterbox that I originally had.
