    After only 4 months the case began to come apart from only putting into a pocket and out of a pocket. Poor value to cost

    Best fully waterproof case I’ve tried

    Thin and lightweight. Not bulky like most in the waterproof market. Their warranty is great! And they have amazing customer service agents! So friendly! The only issue I’ve had is that the lens fogs up over time but all you have to do is give them a quick call and they will send you a new one for just the price of basic shipping if that! I highly recommend LifeProof!❤️

    Solid case, but it gets dust inside

    This case came out of the box super charged with static. The “cleaning” cloth that came with it just added a lot more tiny white fibers. If you’re picky about dirt/dust build up under the screen protector (where you can see tiny specks on the screen), then I wouldn’t recommend this case. I had it nearly perfectly cleaned out, and somehow a tiny hair slipped inside (after a week) and ended up right in the middle of the screen.

    Protection of the lifeproof is great however I have several complaints when I'm on the phone with people not being able to hear me and when the case is removed it becomes clear. For the amount of money paid for this case the construction should be better!

    I like this case a lot. One issue I have is that when the case is on, it makes my phone look like there is water or air below it. Similar to an air bubble under a screen protector!

    I've always used Lifeproof boxes, but the quality seems to decrease with each new version. My iPhone 6s had issues with weird speaker noise and out of the box, this XR case is problematic. The plastic is so cheap that in opening the box at the designated spot, the plastic chipped away. The seam pulled away as I opened it and the volume button takes two hands to turn on/off. May rethink and get a bulkier Otterbox.

    I was very excited to get this case for my iPhone XR! I needed a case that was “me proof”. Unfortunately, I had issues with my phone responding to touch while I had the case on it. I had to take the case off more than once just to hang up the phone. The color of the case is beautiful but it also gets really dirty and does not wipe clean with a damp cloth. It is only in my purse, on my desk, or in my hand.
