HOWEVER, it is awful when talking to someone as there is speaker interference. The voice will be muffled and difficult to understand. Take the phone out of the case, and the voice is clear and easy to hear. We bought another brand case and there is no difficulty.

We're sorry to hear that you were having some trouble with your FRĒ case! Sometimes if you don't have that case installed just right, it can lead to some audio issues like you're experiencing. If you haven't returned your case yet, we'd suggest removing and reinstalling it. When you're putting your phone into that case, we recommend sliding your phone in speaker-end first, as that will help with proper alignment of the speakers, microphones, and proximity sensors. If that doesn't help, give us a call at 1-888-533-0735, and we can get your LifeProof replaced.
