There was a big gap between the phone screen and the plastic screen on the case. Every time I touched my phone I had to press extra hard.

I purchased this case for my new phone a few weeks ago. It does a nice job of protecting the phone. The only issue is the cover can restrict the recognition of you touching the screen at times.

The only issue with this case is that people cannot hear you when you talk. After a couple of months I went back to otter box

If you are like me, I constantly drop my phone and needed something that was reliable and would protect my investment and this has exceeded my expectations

Nice sturdy but slim case. This case is useful to me because I go fishing and swimming a lot. The water proofing keeps me from having to worry about water damage.

Not sure why but it is hard for someone to hear you speaking unless you open the bottom charging port. Very clear sound when that is open.

Good case. Very sturdy. Now when my phone is on telephone mode and I’m talking, my screen actually goes black. Never did that before.

Had the Lifeproof Fre on a different phone. Still looks new after over a year. Keeps the phone clean. Haven't tested the waterproof feature - seems ill advised unless it is an accident.

Brought this on sale. I had to hold out for sometime knowing it's 100 dollars for a case. When the price dropped to 35 dollars. I knew i had to buy it. Good deal

Sleek design, I have a 2 year old do needless to say the probability if ny 1400 dollar phone hitting concrete is inevitable. Its survived drops without a scratch or loss if function

This case is amazing!! I’ve had it for about a month and I can’t imagine my phone without it. I am the clumsiest person I know and this case has saved my butt a handful of times.

Just bought my new iPhone do to damage to my old phone, couldn’t be happier! I can now get back to my customers faster. Don’t have to charge as much as before. great phone!

This is a great case for my iPhone XS Max. It seems very durable and seems like my phone will be well protected. I’m especially happy I now have a screen protector for my new phone.

Lifeproof is the best case you can buy. Every phone I’ve had has had a Lifeproof fre’ Case. I am very happy with the case itself and the warranty or the product can’t be beat.

I haven’t yet tested my phone underwater as yet! And I like this case but someone’s it’s hard for the other person speaking on the phone to hear me

I work in a greasy, dusty environment. This was the perfect case for me. A little tough to get open, but I was able to use a coin to pry the corner open.

Case works great, was on sale also. Replaced apple “Light” drop protective case which did not protect with a medium drop and shredded the case and cracked the screen.

I have used Life Proof for waterproofing since I live on a lake and this case is amazing for keeping moisture, dirt and other irritants out. I highly recommend this case.

I love the protection of the case but it gets dirty real fast but it is a very durable case and I would buy another one.

recorded some videos under water and there was just a little bit of water inside but i think it was because of the heat inside and out during summer time.
