This case is tough and is easy to put on the phone

My wife and I recently upgraded to smart phones and she has used Lifeproof with her IPAD for years, so we got Lifeproof for our phones. Lifeproof allows full control of all the buttons and access ports while providing shock, sand and water protection. I have dropped mine already but you would not know it.

This is the best phone case I have ever owned. I have not had any problems with others understanding me during phone calls. Comes with built in screen protector which I forget is there most of the time! Only down side is the charging door access is sometimes a pain but I am looking into wireless charging options.

I had high hopes for this case, as expensive as it was. A few major problems -- - the case prevents one from being able to access the phone via fingerprint. Takes away a major feature of the S5. - when droplets of water gets on the front (where the viewing screen is) the case prevents you from being able to access icons and apps, as well as making selections. Very annoying and takes away the functionality.

The case helps the profile of the phone making it more comfortable to hold. The screen cover is very clear & higher quality than those I have had in the past. I have not tried out the water proof feature so I thought about giving 4 stars based on that but that wouldn't be fair. I really do love it.

Only problem for me was the fact that it makes it hard here on phone calls.

Case is great! It is sometimes tricky to open the port for charging plug. I really wish we had more color options. Even though it is bulky- the protection it provides is remarkable!

Purchased for my daughter, much better than what she purchased on line. Not bulky and easy installation on phone.

Product is a bit bulky, but I guess that what is needed to protect your phone from water and from drops. So far it's held up from several drops, didn't experience any water accidents yet, so I can't comment on that. Recharging port is always tuff to open and reach in to open the phones port cover.

Would not have another phone without one of these covers. I have dropped my phone several times and the phone was completely fine. Would recommend these for anyone. I also bought one for my granddaughters Ipod Touch. She is five and I know that it will survive in her hands.

But the sound quality sucks, everything sounds muffled on both ends.

my wife likes the case it keeps the phone protected like it should , only issue is , it looks like there is a oil slick on part of the screen when its on the phone . we tryed cleaning it a few times inside and out along with the phone . cant figure it out but it isnt that noticable

Really nice case protects your phone from drops, scratches, water, dust, dirt, snow and most importantly it is not super bulky like many other cases that offer the same stuff

The Lifeproof case for my Samsung Galaxy S5 has been a life saver. My phone has been dropped and had people accidentally spill liquid on it and still works with no issues...

I've had my case for a month or so now and love it, dropped it only once but didn't even have a scratch on the case. Not huge and bulky like otter, all around great case

The case is ok have hard time hearing with case,otherwise love it
