My only complaint is that moisture gets under the screen and the case is hard to remove, so it's not practical for me to keep removing the case to dry the moisture. Not sure how moisture is getting under it, since I don't use it in any such areas.

So...the protection is excellent but if you don't open the access port at the bottom of the lifeproof case when you talk on the phone, the people on the other end will not be happy with you. They say they can't hear you but for the protection, it's a minor inconvenience.

I know I still need to contact LifeProof directly, but I am guessing something was missing in my packaging. When testing the product before going onto my phone, water was able to get inside the case. I'm sure this might be a defect in packaging, not saying this will happen to everyone. The next thing that I was not a fan of is the change in sound quality. I did put it on my phone to test phone calls and music/speaker quality, in case I were to get a new one. I barely could hear my friend on the other end of the phone and they said I sounded echoy. The speaker was fine for playing music. I get it, if you want some waterproofness you have to give in some things, but to barely hear someone was difficult for me. Mostly since I talk on the phone in the car a lot. As well as we all know the beach can be a tad noisey and hard to hear over. I think this is a good idea, just maybe not for Samsung phones?

Great protection for the phone, I don't even mind the bulkiness too much but I have a hard time hearing when on a phone call and people have a hard time hearing me as well

We’re glad that this FRE case is taking care of your Galaxy S5 and that you scored a great deal as well! We are sorry that it is making it difficult to hear and be heard though. This is not at all normal and we certainly want to get to the bottom of this dilemma.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
