phone broke when dropped

Then when I took it in, I was informed I had to pay 150$ just for them to look at it. I had just bought the phone from best buy 2 weeks prior. With the protection plan. Then had to buy a new protection plan when I picked my phone up. Also no loner phone as I was accused of being a thief. So within 2 weeks I payed 650 to have my phone repaired.

HORRIBLE -DON'T BUY IT!

You have to remove the charge cover in order for people to hear you and understand what you're saying. Even then, I've had to repeat myself frequently. It's OK if you're always using Bluetooth. I used it for awhile but wish I could get my money back.

Phone echos

For $75 dollars a case should not have an issue like that. I had to return the case for a cheaper one that works way better. Being that the S5 is already water resistant I don't recommend the life proof case.
