For $75 dollars a case should not have an issue like that. I had to return the case for a cheaper one that works way better. Being that the S5 is already water resistant I don't recommend the life proof case.

couldn't use buttons

not the best case

First day home with it in the case the phone slipped out of my hand and dropped on my carpeted floor and blew out the LCD screen on the phone. Not to mention my wife is always saying she can't hear me :( thinking about returning it and getting something different.
