Although it's a great case it is very difficult to charge the phone with it on

I purchased this as an additional insurance plan after my Galaxy S6 decided to take a swim in a pool while in an OtterBox, ruining the phone. In a run of bad luck, within 3 days I ended up knocking over my large coffee right onto the phone & case, and the case did exactly as expected -- protected the phone. The major complaint, which is quite a nuisance but an obvious tradeoff for a completely waterproof case, is that all ports & openings are sealed. This includes the speaker, meaning that sounds, including phone ringtones & notifications, are substantially subdued. In certain cases, it makes it difficult to hear the phone ringing & thus I have had to set the phone to vibrate in many environments. Also frustrating is the lack of a matching belt clip. Instead, you have to buy their new universal mounting & clip kit, which involves a sticky plate that is glued to the back of the phone. I don't understand why, aside from only having to make 1 mounting system, which works for every phone case they now make, they don't make a native belt clip.

Bought a new phone and neded a new case. Had what I was looking for.

Can't call the on line number. Not not happy. Best buy took care of the problem very quickly. And refunded my money. Too much can go wrong.....too many moving parts. Speaker gums up and make u sound as u are a tunnel.

The plastic screen makes it hard to use the touch screen.

Screen already broke out of it.Will never buy again.

The seal broke within two weeks and had to return.

After a few days of owning this case, I've noticed that if I tilt the screen at a certain angle there's stains that look like oil slicks. I wished I would've done more research before buying this case.

I wish I had not purchased this case. It was super expensive and I can not even hear when on the phone. I have to take the case off to be able to hear.

The pause/play button and the on/off switch sometimes don't work. Sound quality good, but wosh it had a charge level announcement at tirn on like my last one.

I had the case for less than 2 weeks and I took it outo of my pocket the other day and the entire back was cracked. I haven't dropped it once.

Case was waterproof but dificult to remove when you want to use the phone.

Avoid this case is horrible, can't hear people talk

The cover for the earpiece port fell off. Just annoying for such an expensive cover.

The color of this phone case is more of a corral not pink.

The customer service was very good for the most part.

I lost one phone a few years ago to the lake, and it dies a slow death. This case is the best option I've found that might combat that kind of user error. After taking a vacation, and hiking around numerous waterfalls, and rivers, the case in fact did do it's job, and protected the phone from water, and has even protected it from the shocking user error of shutting a car hatch on it. Oops! The case popped open, but there was no other damage whatsoever! I was eager to test the case out before putting a phone inside. It is not a 100% seal, so do not expect it to stay perfect 50 ft under water. A small amount of moister will pass through, and the gaskets are only designed to slow the process down. Good enough for realizing you might have made a mistake, even if 20 minutes later. A side effect of the case is that if my ear gets a little sweaty, the sweat will no longer plug the ear piece speaker. For me, this is a huge bonus! The only negative things about the case are that it increases the size of your phone, the screen isn't perfectly clear, and most 1/8" jacks cannot fit in the gasket plug made for 1/8" jack pass through.

Have a samsung s6, the case must have been a lemon. It pressed the volume button and power button at the same causing the phone to go into lock down mode. On the positive side the Best Buy team gave me no problem and let me swap for an otter box.

It did not fit my phone like it said. Also it failed the water test miserably. The one it recommends you try before you put your phone inside. Did last 30 seconds before full of water inside. I wouldn't put phone through this. Not the case for me.

The case has been fine with the major exception of the charge port cover. The gasket needs to be intact to ensure the case is water resistant. It was not held in very well and came off somewhere so this water resistant case is no longer.
