The next day I slammed a van trailer sliding door down on it, right in the middle, there are two dents on the case and the phone is fine. My only complaint, people cannot hear you very well without a bluetooth on.

I have dropped the phone a few times and it is very durable however, the waterproof part I am still nervous about as it has a cutout for the fingerprint reader. I hope it will not allow water to get into the phone.

We’re sorry that the FRE case for your Galaxy S6 is not working out as well as we hoped. Is the charge port door sticking? It should be tight and secure but not a pain to open when you want to plug in the phone. Same thing goes for the audio port, it should be secure but not overly difficult to unscrew. As far as the color confusion goes we do our best to put up an accurate representation of the color of the case, sometimes things can get lost in translation, so to speak, due to different monitors, etc. Please give us a call at 1-888-533-0735, and we will be happy to answer any questions about those ports and help out in any way we can.

Not as lifeproof as I'd like, but great case

Overall great case, though!
