Poor Customer Service and Quality Control
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I pre-ordered my first Fre case for my Samsung Galaxy S9+ only to find that after a couple of months of daily usage my power button ceased to function. I called customer support to notify them of the issue and they said they would send me another case if I paid for shipping. I thought that was fair enough and continued the process of exchanging my case, upon arrival of my new case I found the top to not be sealing quite right, but thought it would set in better after some use, unfortunately that was the wrong decision, it only continued to get worse. I called the customer support team again, during my second exchange process with LifeProof I found them to be very unhelpful and they insisted on charging me a shipping fee again to return another defective product of theirs. I obliged hoping that this would be the last time I would be dealing with a defective case from LifeProof. Well, now this is case 3 and a similar issue is arising, the top of the case is separating, negating the water resistant feature of the case all together. I am very disappointed with LifeProof regarding this case, especially considering I've had very good luck with their cases over the last five years. I've exclusively trusted LifeProof to protect my phones, however, given their lack of costumer service and quality control I will be considering alternative manufacturers.

GOOD case
