I watched countless review videos and read a lot of articles with mixed reviews but I always had such a positive experience with LifeProof. When I purchased the case I immediately put my phone in. After a week I noticed some dog hair under the screen so when I tried to remove the phone, the sceen cover on the front of the case bent, leaving a noticeable crease. Then I noticed a small crack in the plastic around the charging port. I have not dropped the phone to cause this. I haven’t even had this case for one month, and I am very unhappy with it. Especially for the price I paid!!! I have not contacted the company to see if they will do anything yet but will updated review if they are willing to help.

It is strange that such elements were able to infiltrate the unit, not to mention the crack appearing in the plastic.
