One of the best cases to protect your cell but does not last with constant use. Will not last the 12 months and good luck trying to get lifeproof to honor lifetime warranty.

I like that this case covers all parts of the phone including the home button and still allows for use of touch id. I was not happy to discover that I could not access the keypad during a call because it does not work well if you have an existing screen protector under the case. I purchased the case and a glass screen protector at the same time. I would have appreciated the salesperson telling me that this case may not work well with another screen protector in place. I bought an Otterbox defender which does work with the glass screen protector so I am no longer using this case.

I liked this case however for the price-point it seems like it should be better made. I ended up returning it and going with one of the slimmer OtterBox cases as their build is much, much better.

The case isn’t bad but fter A month it fell when taking it out of my pocket. The door to the charging port broke. They did replace it for me but that was not such a big fall.

If you do not buy Lifeproof from Verizon you do not get the 1 year Total Waterproof protection to replace your damaged phone which is ironic since that is the selling point of the product. I wished I had known that before buying at Bestbuy. Lifeproof customer service had no sympathy when I inquired about the TWP warranty after my purchase & was actually quite rude. Why can't Lifeproof reveal that on the outside label of the box instead of inside the box in the fine print after the purchase? Realize what you are getting into before your purchase!

Their quality seems to have gone down over time. Still a decent product but doesn’t hold up as good as when they first come out .

Bought this for a gift and they put in on their phone for the day and was complaining that it was hard to push and they didnt like it so I had to return and buy something else.

We bought two Lifeproof Fre cases, one for each kid. We tested the case in water before putting it on the phone and found no leaks. About two weeks later, the phone case allowed water throigh the top of the case and the phone was damaged. Lifeproof will send you a replacement case for a fee. Of course, the phone is already damaged at this point. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund at Best Buy. The other case is doing fine. Oh, also difficult to get the case on without ending up with rainbowing on the screen.

Did all that was required to make sure had a good seal, but there was a small amount of water just inside of case. No damage to the phone. I've had life proof cases before.

This case does a great job of protecting the phone, but it seems to degrade photo quality. Especially when taking pictures towards a light source.

I have a rough kid and he has managed to already tear some of the rubber off the case, but everything else is holding up great!

I bought this phone cause I hardly ever use my phone and it stop working in 2months so I decided to make a real phone purchase!

This is actually the 3rd 'Lifeproof' case that I have purchased for my iPhones. I only bought this case as it was on sale. These cases are NOT 'Lifeproof', far from it. The last case cracked and the protective screen cover peeled off, and I NEVER dropped the case or got it wet. This case was not even a year old The warranty is basically nonexistent. I will never pay full price for this product. There are better cases out there.

the overall case just feels cheap. the front plastic though is awful, there is a clear gap between the screen and the plastic causing we to have to double tap sometimes. it tends to stick. it also looks like it lowers the screen image because of the bad front. i do not like it at all.

Bought the case and put it in my phone than dropped the phone into Lake Erie the next day

Despite being a good case, its durability is not that great as the sound on and off button has ripped open only after a few months.

Husband has used life proof for all this phones this one has torn at the top drop taking in and out of pocket.

It does a good job keeping the phone safe, but since the lens is covered I think the photo quality is reduced...sort of hazy.

Purchased this case after owning a lifeproof case in the past. I've had it for a little over a month. I took it with me when I was sitting in low water and when I looked at my phone the case had water in it and my IPhone was wet. The case was completely closed, so it really made me upset to see that it was a wasted $80. Luckily my phone dried up, but now I can't take videos or photos around water. Very disappointed.

This was the only case available at BB for a 5s so it's what I bought. My old case was shot so I needed a replacement
