The audio port is flawed and you have to force headphones into it. The screen cover scuffs very easily. My main complaint is how it always makes the silence button stick under the case.

If the case is completely sealed people cannot hear. I Have to open the bottom of the case for anyone to hear.

Sometimes muffled sound can be caused by dirt or debris on the audio vents. We suggest that you check for debris around those areas. If they are dirty you can run water over the outside of the case (focusing on the case’s audio vent locations), then shake the water off and pat it down dry. It is important that you don’t stick any objects into the audio vents as this may damage those areas.

High price bad quality

The cheap glue they use to make this thing stay together became undone like 3 weeks after I had it. I'd probably stick with an otter box.

Meh....wouldn't buy it if I could go back in time.

But the first one I got failed the water test so I had to bring it back and exchange it for another one. The second passed the water test and worked great for awhile. It's been about 3 weeks or so and the Silent button no longer works unless I take the case out. Also the phone jack connecting wire will not come out of the case any more. It is just stuck. For as expensive as this product is. I shouldn't have gone through two products in a month and they both not work that great.

The Fre case seemed great at first but after 14 months it literally fell apart. It was never abused or used in harsh conditions but the rubber composite is peeling off the phone. Since the warranty is only a year, it is an expensive disposable case.

I took it to Disneyland and used it for the water rides. For the most part it worked as it only encountered splashes. But when I went swimming with it and took it underwater I noticed water inside the case and luckily I was able to save my phone. My phones charging port however was damaged and had to get it fixed.

And every time he puts it together something is wrong with it. The bottom rubber piece that goes on the clip closer for the charger was floating around in the box. The one prior had the clear circle cover unattaches with in the first month. It does not seal or stand up to what is advertised.

Yet as I used it, had problems with using keypad for the phone, since the plastic cover lacked sensitivity to the touch. Unable to punch in extensions or end calls.
