Big disappointment

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After owning life proof cases for the last 6-7 years on all my phones due to the fact that they do an amazing job with drops (dropped my phone once about 20ft down and survived no cracks) and keeping all the dust and water out (I am a brick layer so you can only imagine how much dust is involved on a daily basis) this is the first time the product really disappoints me. These “bubbles”on the screen are annoying I have tried everything that lifeproof recommends doing and I can’t get rid of them It sucks because you can’t really enjoy the quality of your screen. I’m also noticing a small gap where the case snaps together on the top part of the phone no matter what I do it just won’t close up. I hope lifeproof fixes this issues truly not acceptable for the price of the case.

When you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.
