This case offers great protection for your phone but it also has some major drawbacks: -It prevents the fingerprint scanner from working. They mention this on the packaging outright so at least you're not surprised. Only having facial recognition is fine until it doesn't feel like working and then you start to miss the fingerprint scanner. -The screen protector has horrible sensitivity. This was the biggy that sent me back to old case. Trying to play games or even browse the internet was frustrating with the phone not recognizing touches. Good case for someone who needs the extra protection it provides but probably overkill for the average person.

Its very good 360 protection. Good sound, its my 5th Lifeproof case... and i love it.... only thing to be better is de ultrasonic fingerprint... its imposible to use.

I really like the protection this case gives, however sometimes it's harder to get a touch response. Also won't let me use fingerprint unlock.

I am glad they came out with this case.The built in screen protector started peeling with the otter box case.The only problem i see with this case is you have to use the finger print adapter kit that comes with it.The case affects the ultrasonic finger print reader.So you have to use the adapter kit. It came with three adapters.It took two tries to get it right.But i got it to work.Please read instructions first before installing the adapter on your phone.Other then that I love the case.

I bought this for my wife with her new phone. Usually get an Otterbox defender as she is rough with her phones. They stopped offering built in screen protector and she didn't want the stick on type. So we went with this. Added feature on it being water proof which I'm expecting will come in handy one day. Greatly satisfied with it and she likes it too.

Provides good protection but makes the phone's features unusable or more difficult. Fingerprint doesn't work and the pads they provide don't work no matter how close you try their instructions. Very expensive for this particular case

I have only had the case for a few weeks, but so far I love it. I have dropped it and not a scratch on the case. The ONLY issue I have is that sometimes its hard to text certain letters when I am texting fast, with the clear protector on the screen.

I love the design of the lifeproof frē case, however found some faults (or tradeoffs). The case muffles the speakers located at the bottom of the s10, creating an annoying vibration throughout the phone itself while listening to music or watching YouTube videos. On top of this, the fingerprint recognition does not work with the screen protector (even with the manufacturer screen protector removed). The case is great for anyone who may be concerned on compromising the safety of the device, however comes with some luggage that I would rather not carry. I would reccomend to anyone working a manual labor job, but not to individuals who would like to enjoy the s10 with all of its features.

Bought for my husband's phone . Since he's a plumber we know this case is is the best one for protection, waterproof, shock absorbing

This lifeproof case is a must-have if you’re like me and don’t want to worry about what happens with your phone when you accidentally drop it. In Best Buy, I noticed that most of the cases have the back part and then you have to buy a screen protector but this case is 2-in-1. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but it will be the same price once you buy 2 pieces and you don’t have to worry about cracking your screen.

Case works well with Galaxy S10. Comfortable with knowing the case is water proof and protects the phone from breaking.

Bought this case because I'm not nice to my phones. Water proof, strong as hell and easy to use with full phone coverage.

Product works as intended but the fingerprint adapter is an absolute disaster of a product. Had to return it even though I've always used life proof cases. If you don't care about the fingerprint sensor, then by all means by it. But if you like the using the fingerprint sensor look elsewhere for a case.

as a LifeProof case, this is pretty solid. The only issue is the touch sensor on the S10. Works for a little then will stop. which requires us to clean everything again. not a huge fan of that. otherwise, the screen cover is fine, no major issues and works to our needs.

Love the life proof case fits my new s10 perfect had one on the s9 it held great very impact proof the only thing it did not withstand was me accidentally running it over with my tractor short of that I am saying it’s the best phone case on the market
