    I bought this case because it was supposed to protect cell phones from drops. My daughter's Iphone fell out of her backpack. The Iphone screen cracked. I didn't worry because the Lifeproof box says it protects the phone on drops up to 6.6 feet. I called Lifeproof and they said they do not guarantee or warranty anything but the Lifeproof case itself. I expected the phone to be covered due to the wording all over the box. They can make any claim they want about it being bullet proof or whatever but they do not cover the phone. I wonder how many others paid the extra money for Lifeproof because they thought the phone was actually guaranteed.
