Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I was excited about a heavy duty case, but I had trouble hearing people on calls and my music did not play loudly because of the case. It was a pain trying to punch buttons through the case. I'm really glad I didn't pay for it. I took it off after a couple of weeks.
