      We’re sorry that you are not a big fan of the headphone adapter that comes with the FRE case. That is necessary to keep the case waterproof while using the auxiliary port and to allow all third party headphones to be compatible with the case. The Apple headphones that came with your iPhone will work without the adapter but please keep in mind that the case will not be waterproof in this configuration.     I like the slim design, but I have to talk into it at a certain angle and cup my hand around the bottom of the phone for anyone I'm talking to to understand me.

    The phone case effected the phones ability to get a signal and also made it VERY difficult for others to hear when communicating. Like to get my money back.

    Too much and seemed to smash phone. Returned to store. Sure it's water proof but takes away from slim design. If I wanted a bulky phone I wouldn't get iPhone

    Rubber is peeling off the case in multiple places. It also is very hard to open the charging port.

    hard to install. bulky. touchscreen is not responsive waterproof is a joke (there's also a warranty... which covers the entire cost of the CASE. not the phone. so if your phone is damaged because of the case, um, they will replace the CASE again. to your already damaged phone.)

      Dust and dirt should not be getting inside the FRE case. If this is happening we do apologize and we’ll be more than happy to get a new case heading your way through our warranty.

      If the dirt and dust are on the outside of the case then it can easily be wiped clean with mild soap and water. We do not suggest using abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to give us a call at 1-855-419-7418.

    Everyone my husband called said the volume was fine on his calls but they could not understand his words. Changed cases and everything was great, so it wasn't the phone. No comment on the protection the case gives because he had it less than two weeks before he returned it.

    The bottoms auxiliary cap broke first time I used it , over priced for the overall quality doesn't seem to be made well overall the home button gets stretched out easily with little use , the plastic front cover punctured within the first week aw well :(

    After two days the panel that opens to charge the phone broke off exchanged for a new only to have the same thing happen again Can't return the item without package Not worth the money

    Dropped the phone in the washer machine, it floated and was in less than a second but water got into the phone. A lot of money for a product that did not work.
