Also the sound gets muffled if the phone is facing up. Other than that it is the best case my family has ever had. Not too bulky either.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I now have to use a Bluetooth earpiece in order to be heard. If you use Bluetooth all the time, then this case is fone - if not, look elsewhere.

First time was before I left the store we couldn't get the volume buttons to work. The second time was a week after purchasing one of the corners wouldn't stay sealed. Hopefully this one will work. My daughter has the same case and she hasn't had any problems with hers.
