The screen that’s built in the case is not great. I would rather have a case without the built in screen so I’m able to use my phone correctly.

It's odd that it's hindering some of your major phone functions, especially since we engineer the cases to allow full functionality of the companion device! It's possible that the screen protector might be installed a little too high above the touchscreen itself. In this instance, we'll be happy to replace the case via our warranty! Well worth it for it has payed for itself many times over with the spills my phone has taken. Phone works great with it. The eBay knock offs I have seen can't compare. They make the phone difficult to use and over time deteriorated leaving the phone vulnerable to damage.

Not always easy to get them fast enough and my times they have fallen. No more worries about that. It is harder to turn the volume off and the screen is not as glare free as my husband would like. Otherwise great buy.
