Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad that the FRE case is taking care of your iPhone 6/6s Plus. The headphone adapter is needed to keep the case waterproof while using the auxiliary port. The Apple headphones that came with your iPhone will fit without the adapter but the case will not be waterproof with this configuration.
We’re sorry that the Touch I.D. is not consistently working for you. As long as the plastic covering the home button is clean, clear and free from any damage or abnormalities it should work just fine. Did you save your fingerprints on the iPhone with the case on? If not, that could be the problem too.

Good but I feel they fall apart quick
