We are sorry that this FRE case is making it difficult for others to hear you. This is not normal and you shouldn’t have to open the charge port door when using your iPhone.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
