We want to assure you that what you are going through is not typical with our cases. As long as the clear plastic covering the camera lens is clean and free of debris your pictures should be fine.
Of course, a slight degradation of sound can be expected when a speaker is covered in a case, but this impact should be minimal. Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I went back to store and tried others - they are all the same. Also some aftermarket car chargers are wider than opening so only apple charger works. I files the side of the charger cause I didn't want to pay for an expensive apple charger.
