We're so sorry things are looking a little lucky with this screen protector! We recommend airing out your case in the driest room of your house for about an hour. Then, wipe it down and reinstall it. Makes it very difficult to text. Also unable to access the flip switch on my phone which allows me to turn off the sound. Would not recommend this to somebody. If desperate I I would use it. Due to the watertight features of the unit, it is not uncommon to experience a slight decrease in audio clarity, but it shouldn't be to this extreme. We suggest checking the Noise Cancellation feature in the General Settings of your iPhone and try turning that off, as this should clear things up for you. Well took a few pictures/videos on the shore while my kids played and a wave hit the phone, even though it never fell in the water and that all it took to get water damage. Water went in through the charging port bottom piece. Very disappointed because it happened the first day and was not able to use my phone for the remainder of my trip.
