Less than a month after purchasing my case it fell out of my lap onto concrete, 2 to 3 feet max. The case cracked on the corner leaving a decent gap eliminating the waterproof quality. I took the case back to Best Buy who informed me that this wasn't a covered by their return policy but I could pay $5 to Lifeproof to get a replacement. I had my last phone and ($15) case for nearly three years and never had an issue. I had the ($70) Lifeproof case for 28 days and it is already broken. I will also mention the lack of interest the Best Buy customer service rep showed when I asked for information. I know the store was pretty slow they had to get up off of the stool to walk over but the representative could have at least provided some explanation or show some sort of interest in the product.
