Lifeproof cases are great to protect your phone from dirt, dust, water, and damage from dropping. The only issue was with the charging port door cracking easily from minimal use.

bought the life box and the 2nd day I dropped it and it chipped and put a hole in the screen. so, there goes the waterproof case. Need to make the screen protector more durable!

The case really makes the phone big, it also is really hard to hear when people talk to you on it. It also seems to look like there is something in the case because of air pockets

I was super excited to purchase this lifeproof case i put it on and was so excited and happy but the first time I took a call I came to realization that no one could hear me talk through mic I had to switch to speaker phone which I was not thrilled about. Tried to return product to best Buy but couldn't because I didn't realize return policy had changed to 15 days so now I'm stuck with this product

I like this case, however many complaints from family and friends that there is an echo when talking and I also noticed that it is hard to hear them as well at times.

I'm very good about taking care of the few pieces of tech that I use. I'm not like most of my friends who break a phone as soon as they get it. This case gives me extra insurance incase something happens, it's the best case they make for the S4.

I bought this case for my husband for Valentine's Day. He loves it! It gives protection without being overly bulky, like some cases. I only wish we'd bought it when we got the new phone, not after he'd dropped it and had to get it repaired.

A good durable case limited on color selection only colors best buy offers is blue black and pink case is lightweight all buttons function properly sound quality is reasonable overall good case I would rate it at 41/2-5 stars.

This product does everything as advertised. I can drop it, put it in water, everything! My only complaint is that after I sealed the item shut, there's white plastic dust on the screen that I had to open and wipe off again.

It's great to protect my phone. I need a tough case for the work that I do. The "door" that opens to the hole for the charger has a tendency to break off after a while, though. That's why I gave 4 stars.

Waterproof, snow proof, ice proof, and drop proof. I'm a klutz, so all of these are a must or me. And I don't have yo pay or insurance now! Woo hoo! Best part is, is I got waterproof headphones! and I now swim with my phone!

I have used Life proof on all our phones since we are active outdoorsmen. I've never had a phone damaged while in these cases. This one provides an added shield for the phone that's sensitive for typing out those messages

This product is a God send for my gf. She's always dropping her case here and there. Also since its water proof we can bring it to the beach and take pictures and stuff without worrying about the phone getting wet.
