I had a plain black case and then the bottom charging cover broke off. It's a very little piece but it was no longer water proof at that point. I brought it back and customer service had no problem exchanging it. =) I was thrilled that they had released a pink one and still have it on. My 4 year old, and my clumsy self, have put this thing to the test.

I waited for this particular phone case to come out for months. I was so disappointed with the results. I previously read the reviews about this case and disregarded the fact the reviews were bad. But I had to try it for myself. Fortunately for me I was able to put it on the store. All the reviews were correct. Once the case was on I couldnt hear anything from the phone. Also nobody could hear me either. So without hesitation I returned it.

When you receive incoming calls, the caller can not hear speak. It takes a while before you are finally able to be heard & have your conversation. A bit frustrating and inconvenient.

I really love this case cause I'm terrible with phones it's just hard to take off my phone.

The major problem with this case is that when making a call (I'm old fashion I actually talk to people) the person on the other end have a very difficult time hearing you. Your voice gets very muffled unless you speak directly into the microphone, it also helps if you open up the protective "flap", however, then it is no longer water proof. The other problem is the protective screen makes is difficult to select the correct app / letter / number - it doesn't always transfer through to the phone so you need to repeat / press harder.

I bought it to go mud ridding. I put it on before driving there and people couldn't hear me. It's too hard to get on and off so just using it when I need it is out. I went back to using my other case so I am just out the money now.

It's a really nice looking cover it feels great in your hand the makers should have called someone using there product because you can't be heard. Every one complained to me about speaking up they can't hear me or you sound muffled I thought it was the phone. I called my carrier and she said pop off the cover and presto ! Sorry great concept but if no one can hear you on a phone call it kind of defeats the purpose.
