The sealed port for charger cable broke after 1 we

Then the fact that the case is no longer sealed from the environment after the flip-cover for the window/port used to charge the device snaps off with regular use (not abusing my new phone/case), renders the product essentially useless.

Cannot hear a callers voice clearly.

Bad Quality product for price

He used it for a cople of weeks and the seal lid was separated from it. For me, a single mother, $80.00 is not a low price to pay for a case but trying to get the best for my son, I did. When I tried to returned it o January 22nd I was told that Holiday sales were good up to the 15th.
