this is a very well designed phone case, it isn't as bulky as a otter box and feels more like you are holding just the phone rather then a protective case for it. the only down side i see is the price, but when i got the S4 it was still a 300$ phone so an extra 80$ to keep it safe was well worth the money i spent

Need to do a better protective case, specially where it needs to be sealed for the water not to get in, because it breaks so quick and it ends up being worthless and exposed for the phone to get damaged..

Great case except for the difficulty getting the case off my phone.

I purchased a Lifeproof fre on the recommendation of the cell phone provider. I was told there wasn't anything better. I can't use my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone unless its on speakerphone. Unless you hold the phone right up to you mouth and scream, the person on the other end can not hear you when it's not on speakerphone. I even returned the case and tried a second case and it's no better. I've become so dissatisfied that I wish I could return the phone as well.

it's worked so far. i put it on my employee's phone.

It's a must have. A quality product. Needs more color choices

I got this for my husband who is in the food business. He likes the look and protective features. At first it was fine (for a few weeks) then all the sudden when he called me or anyone, no one could hear him. He took his phone to our carrier and they said it might be something to do with the speaker. They fixed it. It worked for a day but then it started again and no one could hear him. Long and short of it is we think the heat that he works in was somehow making it so the case messed with the speaker. I'm going to see if I can return it.

Would like more colors but over all very happy with case.

The photos come out fuzzy because the glass is covering the lens part.. I also don't like that it looks like there is water under the plastic on the glass Other than that it's okay

It was perfect except that all my calling would echo which was extremely annoying. I tried 2 of them just to be sure it wasn't a default.

It is waterproof as advertised. Unfortunately water proof means sound proof as well. When the case is on people cant hear you so basically it makes the case usless. Tried all the tricks from the manufacturer still not usable. If I am out training texting is not a real option. Would return if it wasn't past the 30 days. This is by far my least favorite purchase ever. Complete waste of 80 dollars

Case is better than others by recognizing when you have it up to your ear on in your hand. Headphone jack plug pulled off easily. Now dirt can get into the jack

Doesn't seem to be much different than any other case. It also impairs microphone performance so when making a call I cannot be heard unless I use Speaker.
