It's a very nice case. Very snug. I didn't like the struggle to get in and out of the case. Other than that it's a perfect case.

The water proof plug on the charger port broke off a week after purchase with normal use. The phone was dropped about 4 feet off the ground and the phone screen shattered. The case is advertised to protect from drops of 6 feet. I wouldn't recommend spending the 80+ dollars for this case!

I did not like it because it did not work properly with the phone. It block communication between the person and I on the phone

The only problem is the case covers the speaker so its hard to hear the person you are talking to and they have a hard time hearing you.

It is life proof not teen proof! It can be broken when people do not follow directions, or play with movable parts continuously.

I bought this cover so I could ensure since I travel significantly that it would protect the phone. It does do that but people could not hear me on the phone. So really defeats the purpose of having a cell phone that nobody can hear you on.. Can't believe the most expensive cover would not realize that is a problem. Very disappointing.

My last phone died when a few drops of water got on it (and the dried rice thing didn't work). Not taking any chances, I got the LifeProof case for my new smartphone. Bring it on, MaMa Nature!

Excellent product! I would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone. Their products are good quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

My daughter picked this up for work. She lifeguards and needed to keep the phone protected. After about a year, the case cracked/split on the seam and the phone was exposed to the elements (especially water). Thankfully it was at the end of the season so the case was no longer needed. If its heavy use, it doesn't seem to last as long as a normal case.

Life proof cases may be expensive, but it is still cheaper than replacing broken glass for your phone. Great product.

I have return 4 of these cases. 3 times where I put in my earphones the cover part broke off. now where I charge the phone the cover to the charge plug in has broken off. soo disappointed in this case I was so looking forward to getting it and only had problems the whole time.

This case is everything I have come to expect from lifeproof. Have had the lifeproof case for my iphone4s as well as my husbands s3. It does not disappoint.

This product was very pricey so I expected perfection. I was very disappointed to find out that my callers voices are echoed back to them so bad that I have to remove the case completely to have a conversation.

It is a great case! Just be careful though because the case is not drop proof.

Overall good case. Had to replace it once due to cracking around the connection ports.

Had another brand case before this one and I like this one better. Keeps with the sleek look of the phone. Screen is very responsive and clear

My teenager just had to have this so she could listen to music while in the shower. It did great in the shower. With in 30 days the piece u pop up to plug charger into broke. Good thing was we took it back to best buy and they exchanged it for another one. Let's hope this one does better this time.

Great case except charger door breaks easily had to return the first one and I always feel like I'm going to break this one too.

Wouldn't recommend, anyone I talked to said it sounded like I was talking from the bottom of a barrel. And they would hear themselves echoing. Retutned and got a different case.
