Case is already cracked and I have only had it about a month. Also, I have to open the charging port for people to hear me speaking. I understand that the warranty is great & they want customers to be satisfied. I guess I will find out.

The waterproof charging flap has to be open to alleviate the problem, but this defeats the purpose of having a waterproof case if it is not guaranteed waterproof with this flap open. It was a waste of $68, so I went and bought a $40 Otterbox. The Otterbox is great with no issues.
