Replacement case for a phone that was previously stolen. I guess it didn't protect against that Life situation. It has been soaked in salt water by a boarding wave on a boat and didn't get one bit of water inside. It has been dropped 5 feet onto concrete several times. Great protection. My only complaint is that the screen is plastic and it does scratch so don't put it into pockets with any keys.

I loved this case to begin with, until someone would call me. They could not hear me on their side. I loved the color and how it would protect my phone, but what is the point of getting a new phone if the case won't let people hear you!

This case is not too bulky like some have been. It also has great protection against drops.

Much better than the iPhone case. It's flush with my phone and I love the colors. I don't have people saying they can't hear with this case and I can hear them just fine

Great case to protect your investment, not bulky like my otterbox and waterproof to boot.

This item offers great protection for drops and splashes but does decrease sound quality of calls and ringers. Perfect for headset users.

This case is sleek and compact, nothing extremely bulky, its waterproof and works well.

Dropped the phone many times and this has definitely done the job! I have tried the cheaper ones and the phone I replaced was much more expensive! Need I say more?

I'm prone to dropping stuff, so having a strong case that makes my phone not only water-tight, but dust-, heat-, and cold-resistant is pretty cool. The only double-edge sword about it is if something does get into the case, it is inconvenient to open on the bottom due to the coin-style keyholes, which makes it difficult to bust open, but, nevertheless, inconvenient when you do want to open it.

I am the type to buy a case with the phone. To my surprise the normal choose of an Otterbox didn't cut it. So I got a life proof and it's doing the job besides the point of the everything proof this case also allows me to use the features of the phone with out the case bing in the way. On top of all of that i know I can drop my phone and not worry about the issue that come from shock or water

Case seems to be great, but a piece fell off after normal use. This piece covers the headphone input, thus it is impossible for the case to be waterproof now.

I didn't realize the 5 was already waterproof, so this case is overkill. Small gap in the screen protector area hinders sensitivity. Put your phone in glove mode to fix.

I bought 2 other cases for my phone as the Lifeproof case had not been released yet and nothing on the market can compare to this case. Lifeproof always has the best cases! It's lightweight, durable, strong and almost indestructible. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great case especially for someone who is an active person or just clumsy and drops their phone a lot.

I like the case for the most part it's waterproof. it has a built in screen protector which is also nice. I'm glad I have this or else my phone would probably already have water damage or be damaged period.

The version doesn't have a lot of the problems that older versions had no muffled sound and three earphone and charging ports are more accessible.

REDUCES CALL QUALITY. HARD TO USE TO CHARGE PHONE..OVERPRICED.. DONT BUY THIS ...

I appreciate the confidence the Lifeproof case provides. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have to take it off to get really crisp photos.
