I am now on my third one and I have been impressed by each and every one from the Galaxy 3 the galaxy 4 and now the Galaxy 5. They are durable and they can do anything online and then some verses the iPhone.I would have bought the Galaxy Note 4 but they haven't come out with the lifeproof case yet

That’s great that the FRE case is doing its job and taking care of your Galaxy S5. We’re sorry that it is making it difficult for others to hear you though. This is not normal and we certainly want to get this resolved for you.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the microphone membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I have had so many people hang up on me because of this phone case I took it back to the store! You can't use speaker phone at all when this case is on as well. If you have the Samsung S 5 it's water proof anyways but not shock proof so keep that in mind. ;)

Issues hearing people over the phone

It's great and Does the job it supposed to, but we have a hard time hearing each other over the phone because the case muffles the microphone and makes it extremely hard to here her when I call. She also has the same issue hearing me when she calls. Because it's caused such a hearing issue it really takes away a big benefit of having it on the phone.

The tech @ the store could not get the power button on the phone to work when the cover was on. She got another one from the store supplies, and the same thing happened. Ended up fixing the problem by putting a small piece of cardboard inside the cover. Not something that should be necessary, but was the only option if I wanted that particular cover.
