This was a replacement for a previous Life-Proof Case. My husband works outside and in his shop where both places can get very dusty and dirty. He has had his phone for a year and it is in perfect condition. This is the case for him.

This is a nice looking slim case, however sound seems to echo when speakerphone is on. I returned it because of this reason.

I've had my case on my phone since Thanksgiving and love it! I haven't dropped the phone or got it wet but I'm confident that if I did the case would protect the phone. I like the fact that the back of the case is partially transparent, so you can see the back of the phone but still have good protection.

Not the best color, the front is different colors from the back but it works and it was cheap. Can't complain

I bought this case after purchasing a Samsung Galaxy s5. I love this phone and wanted the best case possible to protect it. I went into the store with no limit on how much to spend. I bought the Lifeproof case thinking that eighty bucks was alot of money but I did want the best for my new phone. After going home and installing the case my first impression was wow thats a great looking case. All my phones features worked well with the new case then I received my first phome call with the case installed. It sounded lihe I was hearing the person on the other end talking under water. They actually had the same problem on there end. I then returned it and purchased an otterbox preserver. Now all is good.

it makes sound worse and also pictures worse due to all of the plastic around it.

It's a case. The screen cover scratches easy. No complaints other than that, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

If u know u will be out on the water, then this case will keep ur phone safe. Or if u r using it throughout the day for txt msg but not taking calls then, ok. But overall this case falls short when u want to talk on the phone. The case is so water protective that there is not a hole for the voice receive or ear speaker. As a result the caller on the other end hears an echo when they talk. I don't believe I can return this bugger so will just use it when paddle boarding. Need a different case for every day use. What's the point, right?

I drop my old phone all the time so the Verizon dealersuggested that I get the life time case for that reason.

I have 3 kids and this case has helped tremendously with drops, scratches, spills. My phone would be ruined by now. I dont have insurance on my phone bc this case seriously is its own insurance policy. I have been using lifeproof for awhile and I always recommend it to everyone I know.

Works well. I read that there were issues with echoing with this case. I haven't noticed it, nor have the people I've called. The only complaint I have is that it's a bit more difficult to use when charging as opposed to iPhone. But that is more because of the phone and not the case.

This is a great phone case for protecting your phone, however, is difficult to use some functions when its on. For example, when making a phone call it is hard to hear the person on the other end. Also, it is water proof, however, if you plan to use your phone underwater, think again. the screen doesn't work when the pressure of water is on it.

Mic for this phone galaxy s5 is covered to much by water proof case. This causes conversations to be muffled. Also has adapter to attach to case that is a male to a female and only 3 to 4 inches long.. it gives you ability to keep phone water proof but should have just made it a standard 4 or 6 feet.

Hated this case can't even get the charger port open with the car on

this is a fine case for the galaxy 5 phone. I haven't put it through its paces yet but I plan to do so.

Protects the phone but you cannot be heard or hear your phone calls.

Absolutely love it!!..at first I was skeptical about buying it but once I put it on..I was satisfied

Well, the case kept the phone from getting anything on it, but I couldn't hear through it! It took me a little bit to figure out that the reason I couldn't hear was the case. When I finally took it off, I could hear just fine. The quality of the item was great, but I had to return it.
