Not sure! Was told by someone at the AT&T store that they have returns on this case because people can't hear with it. I've had some of the same problems,

Case looks nice and great protection for Galaxy G7

I really didn't want something that made my phone even bigger but, my First Defense screen protector for my brand new Samsung S7 cracked the first time I dropped my phone. I tried the lifeproof case, however, I had to choose a color I didn't care for and, once installed, it didn't fit snugly even tho it was compatible with my phone. The front of the casing seemed to have a large gap that made tapping icons on my phone take quite a bit of effort to access them.

I do like lifeproof products however I did return this one. It took away from the aesthetics of the phone and from what I remember the screen almost felt bubbly with the slight curved edge.

I really like this case, So glad they changed the headphone cover from the S6, I gave it 4 stars because the face plate still scratches up, but its better than getting my phone scratched.

Had to purchase to protect phone. Wife likes taking pictures and when she got the S7 she was excited that she could take pictures underwater and could get the phone wet. Well let me tell you the phone is not waterproof by any means. Since having the lifeproof case she does not have to worry anymore.

This is a nice case, however, not lifeproof for my husband. This is second one my husband has broken the cover for the charging port.

I had a Lifeproof case for my s5 and loved it. This case is a disaster. I could not get it on my phone and had to go back to the store and have a salesperson put it on. The headphone jack and charging port are extremely difficult to access. It immediately developed a large oily spot. And the sound was not good and it affected the touch. I returned it.

My son has this case on this phone - he insists that it makes his phone indestructable - it is all I can do to keep him from throwing it to demonstrate this. He has, however dropped the phone approx 7 times by his count, with no damage. It also offers waterproof protection. Great product.

Ive always bought Lifeproof over anything else. This case withstands a 15M olds abuse, it's been dropped in the toilet more times I can count. Dropped down the stairs and my phone is is perfectly fine. 10+ stars if I could

I purchased this protective case with the Galaxy S7. In my work environment, I am subjected to the outside elements and the phone will take the occasional tumble. This case does muffle the audio whenever it is played through the external. A small price to pay for total protection.

It really didn't fit my phone as well I would have hoped. I tried to make it work, but just couldn't and had to return. You may like it, but it was not for me.

I bought this case thinking I'd be protecting my phone against everything, sadly I've already replaced it. The built in screen protector hinders your ability to use the edge of the screen, which becomes very frustrating. On top of that the bottom of the case, within a week, already started separating and not remaining sealed. Don't waste your money, especially considering the phone is water/ dust repellant.

I bought this for my son, who is a paramedic. He has dropped his phone, had it knocked out of his hand, hit the ground when getting out of an ambulance. His phone was never damaged! The reason for this purchase was to replace his phone which was stolen while on duty.

I like the case it does protect the phone but when unsnapping where you charge phone you about break your nails off to open it

This case is marvelous. I've had it for 8 months now, and it's done a great job after MANY drops. The only downside is making sure you have your headphone jack adapter nearby ... taking the case on and off is not easy, so you'll want to keep close track of the adapter.

While keeping the phone well protected, the encompassing case does restrict call quality while using the phone as an actual phone.

My family has had the lifeproof cases previously for phones with mixed results. The updated version for the S7 addresses some of the issues (i.e., charging cover).

It was not as good as I thought it would be I ended up going somewhere else and getting a different one

The case is great. They've improved the muffled sound when you talk now. Still last about a year but is replaceable under warranty for just a few dollars
